We want you to be confident in your decision to use TheHustleDesk. Here's everything you need to know about refunds and cancellations.

1. Free Plan
TheHustleDesk offers a Free plan with no credit card required and no charges. There is nothing to refund on the Free plan. You can use it indefinitely or upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
2. Refund Eligibility for Paid Subscriptions
a) First-Time Subscription — 7-Day Refund Window
If you subscribe to a paid plan (Pro or Growth) for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. No reason is required. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
b) Billing Errors and Duplicate Charges
If you have been charged incorrectly — due to a technical error, duplicate billing, or an amount different from what was agreed — we will refund the incorrect amount in full. Please contact us within 14 days of the erroneous charge.
c) Extended Service Outage
In the event of a service outage caused entirely by TheHustleDesk that exceeds 48 continuous hours, you may be eligible for a prorated credit or refund for the period of downtime. This does not apply to outages caused by third-party services, internet connectivity, or force majeure events.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the initial 7-day refund period
- Plan upgrades — if you upgrade mid-cycle, the upgrade charge is non-refundable
- Unused features or partial usage of the platform during an active subscription period
- Failure to cancel your subscription before the next billing date
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after the charge date (except for billing errors)
4. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your TheHustleDesk account
- Go to Settings → Subscription / Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm
After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again. Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan at the end of the paid period. No data is deleted upon cancellation.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hello@thehustledesk.com with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Date and amount of the charge
- Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)
- Payment method used (Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal)
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days of approval.
6. Refund Processing Timelines
Once a refund is approved, the timeline for it to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Cards): 5–7 business days
- Stripe (International Cards): 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different account or payment method.
7. Downgrade Policy
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan (e.g., Growth to Pro, or Pro to Free), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No prorated refund is issued for the remaining days in your current cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period.
8. Annual Subscription Cancellations
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual plans are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent auto-renewal for the following year, and you will retain access to your plan for the full annual period already paid for.
9. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us at hello@thehustledesk.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in immediate suspension of your account. If you believe you have been charged in error, we are happy to resolve it directly and promptly.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
