2. Subscription Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund available within 30 days of your first paid subscription
- Service Downtime: Prorated refunds for extended service outages exceeding 24 hours
- Billing Errors: Full refund for any incorrect charges or billing mistakes
- Duplicate Charges: Immediate refund for any duplicate billing
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day period

6. Subscription Cancellation
